| Hi everyone
about PM exam the teacher said that as my colleagues ask him Feasibility ch canceled, mid term only required the introduction and -Topic1 class (2) the defintions about pm system,program and so on and focus on Network Diagram ,slak computation,(el-asela 3maly)

forget about the part which was in the mid-term exam except the first
chapter as you need to read the main prenciples only and don't go
through details, also the chapter of schedualing will be included in
the final exam.
- the chapter of feasibility Study is canceled.
-
there is a mathematical example about (EVA) in the chapter of cost
control u need to focus on it as there will be a question that is very
close to it.
- focus on risk management, Cost controling, teams management. | |

| Ch4of schedualing will be included in
the final exam and the theoretical part u have to go through it without details and just focus on the mathematical examples.
